Received and took 10 days only. Pros: -Seller protected the item really well. -Very fast shipping -Working Tracking Cons: -Some grease/dirt and some scratches on the product. (It looked used) Maybe the dirt & scratch were from the delivery process. The dirt was washed off with soap easily and the scratches are not an issue with its functionality. Overall: I like it and I highly recommend this store and this Foot Clean Cup.
