Asked the store to pack the backpack well, since the reviews write that it is easy to damage. The seller fulfilled my request. The backpack is nothing, but the front colored side is actually made of very impractical fragile material. I loved the backpack. It took 1 month to arrive in Germany, understandable due to the circumstances. It has a slight smell of chemicals, but I’ll let it air and the smell will go away. It came pretty well packaged and with a little ribbon as a gift. My 3-month kitten is doing pretty well, he’s got plenty of space inside, though he’s afraid for the moment. I highly recommend it!
