Looks exactly like the picture. It has some kind of grains inside the mouse so when you shake it it rattles. I didn’t expect the outer cage to be made out of metal. I thought it was plastic which i would have preferred since we have mostly wooden floors and it makes a lot of noise when my cat pushes it around.
